Introduction About Social media news CEO and Editor Sanjay Tiwari- by Rk Bharti Advocate Delhi High court at New Delhi 

I feel myself proud to give introduction about Mr. Sanjay Tiwari CEO and Editor of Social media News, As I am a lawyer by profession, hence I met several journalists, social workers, Artists, Social Activists, during my life. I have been associated with Tiwari Ji, when I came in contact with him in the year 2001, when he was working with All India Radio. Delhi, used to carefully check the scripts of Mr. Tiwari before Telecast / Broadcast of the same. On enquiry I came to know that those programme Executive were fearful that in case his “Tiwari Ji’s” Scripts are not checked, he might say anything fearlessly about any corrupt of Tiwari Ji. I got more and more impressed when the programme Executive humbly requested him not to repeat some aggressive lines of a poem written by him during the recording but instead of request, he recorded those lines of the poem due to which the recording was stopped. Those lines I still remember were “JO DROPDI KI IZZAT KO LOOT RAHA HAI WHO KHUD KO BATAYE SHYAM ACHCHA NAHIN LAGTAA JO SHAKSH NA MADAD KARE APNE HI MULK KI, MUJHE WOH NAMAK HARAM ACHCHA NAHIN LAGTA” 

I liked his carelessness and when the Programme Executives try to stop him, he left the services of All India Radio. 

I have also read some rumors about Tiwari Ji in some so-called News Paper, in which the image of Mr. Tiwari has been tried to be tarnished. But I feel that the said journalists are either absolutely immature or anti-social element because without deeply looking into the facts and ground reality, such news was published. Further it is not strange that people like “Sukrat” was also pelted with stone and made to suffer for his ideologies. Our history has witnessed such incidents. 

I do not believe in witnessing the world with other’s eyes. I have seen Mr. Tarun Tejpal, Dr. J.K. and several other social activists who are ideal for the journalist in the present circumstances, admiring Mr. Tiwari for his words and voice against corruption, crime etc. Not only this, I have seen how police officials who falsely implicated Mr. Tiwari in some cases were made to realize their fault before Press council of India. 

Before I tell about some details of Mr. Tiwari’s social activities, it will not be out of place to mention here that a person who has been doing simple journalism like other, there was no false implication but whenever he exposed and made investigating machinery set in motion through his PILs, cases tec., and when the Mafias started going Jail on his complaints, further the nexus between Mafias and police exposed an illegal earnings of police officials were badly affected due to the said exposure, they tried to suppress the voice of Mr. Tiwari and got registered a few Cases 

Highlights of Activities of Mr. Tiwari 1996-02 : Programmes on All India Radio Broadcasted from Allahabad, Faizabad,Lucknow, and Delhi etc. 2003 : Published “Desh Ka Dard” a Poetry Book 2004-05 : Starting publishing weekly News Paper “North East Times” and “Hindustan Peoples” Delhi 2005-06 : Started a News Portal www.ujalanews.com worked for common people through exposing the kitchen Gas Mafias who were delivering under weight cylinders and committing theft and black marketing of LPG etc. At least 40 or more cases were registered against said Mafias at different police stations of Delhi . Nexus between police and Gas Mafias was also exposed. 

In August 2005, Gagang Apang, Chief minister Arunachal Pradesh was exposed 2006-07 : At least 70 cases of kitchen Gas theft and black marketing were got registered by Mr. Tiwari at several police stations of Delhi 

Challenged the candidature of Ms. Pratibha Patil, contesting for the Presidential Election of India, through filing PIL in Hon’ble High Court of Delhi 2007-08 : Due to above activities Mr. Tiwari was booked in some false cases and remained in Jail since October 2007 till January 2008. He was booked in those cases while conducting sting of corrupt M.P., M.L.A., C.M., Ministers and Bureaucrats related to Tribal Areas and affairs, who are misappropriating the funds of Tribal areas 

Published Poetry Book “Andher Nagri” on which Mr. Tarun Tejpal and Mr. Atal Bihar Vajpayee (Ex-Prime Minister) gave their best wishes and the book was dedicated to Mr. G.M. Lingdhyo (Ex-Chief Election Commissioner of India 2008-09 : Filed a PIL against those corrupt leaders who were misappropriating tribal funds of tribal areas who were also the conspirators of the FIRs registered against Mr.Tiwari, which is still pending. File writ petition against LPG Gas Mafias and their corrupt practices of Delivering under weight cylinders to the common and innocent people 2009-10 : Exposed Ms. Mayawati, Chief Minister of U.P. about her illegal collection, black money etc, and also filed writ petition I Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. Due to the said exposure the opposition parities started demanding fair investigation against her through press conferences, public meetings and demonstration etc. 2010-11 : File RTI application regarding inhuman behavior against prisoners and providing the details of income and expenditure of Central Jail, Tihar. Exposed the Chief Minister of Assam and his MLAs, Minister, Sanjay Tiwari has done unerth story about violation of court of conduct during elections and voting by alluring the voters through distributing huge black money amongst the voters Exposed Deputy Speaker of Assam Assembly and others about misappropriation of Tribal Funds. A great reaction of public of Assam was witnessed on this issue in the form of Road Jam, Bandh, Dharna, Demonstration etc. Faild PIL against an obscene programme running on UTV Bindas namely “Emotional Atyachar” which was considered by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi 

As I started earlier, I have never seen such an activist who not only brings the truth before common people, but he himself sets Government Machinery (Investigation Machinery) in motion. He himself fights for the cause of common people through his own resources and that is too without his own interest. In nutshell, I can easily say that Mr. Tiwari is a great warrior who is bravely fighting against the corrupt system and practice of our leaders and bureaucrats. I wish him all the best for his future with hope that he might succeed in uprooting corruption and crime prevalent in our society especially in white collar criminals.
